Below is the description of the group classes offered at the PCC!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for more extended periods than in other styles. All fitness levels are welcome. 

Spin

This high-energy ride will take you to a new level of fitness with something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges, and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories while having fun. Come on in for a ride! 

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness class focused on music with dance moves. The dance routines build-in interval training,  alternating between fast and slow rhythms that help improve cardiovascular fitness, not to mention, A LOT of fun! All fitness levels are welcome. 

Stretch & Flex

Brigid S.

The class will include strengthening moves (upper and lower body core), stretching, flexibility, and guided relaxation, providing a full-body workout from head to toe!


If you would like to attend a class, the drop-in rate is $6.00. Please stop by the PCC front desk if you would like to purchase a punch pass.
