Class Description:
POP Pilates is a head to toe, equipment-free work out that sculpts and tones a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body. This mat-based workout challenges you to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core while providing a total body workout. This format takes classical Pilates to the next level.
