Take part in a 45 day fitness challenge! The goal of the challenge is to move.
Each week you will have a goal to move X amount of days for X amount of time. In addition to the weekly goals, there are daily challenges to take part in as well.
The weekly movement goals is up to you! Whether you run, walk, bike, ski, etc., just move!
The daily challenges are up to you as well! Take on the whole challenge or part of the challenge. This is a great opportunity to test your limits.
